Swift Support Tasmania provides practical, in-home support services across the Hobart region. Services include sorting, organising, home transition preparation, and assistance coordinating trusted third-party providers.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the site by introducing harmful software or attempting unauthorised access.
3. Information Accuracy
All content on this website is provided for general information only. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees of completeness or accuracy and may change information at any time without notice.
4. Service Bookings
Submitting a booking request through this site does not form a binding agreement. A confirmed booking is only made once a written service agreement is signed or accepted via email, and a 50% deposit is paid. All services are delivered under the terms set out in that agreement.
5. Payment Terms
All services require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. Final payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. More details are included in our formal service agreement.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible and fair.
48 hours or more notice: You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your session at no charge.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: A $100 cancellation fee may apply.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: If a 50% deposit has been paid, it will be retained and considered non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: May be invoiced for the full session amount at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and prior history.
Rescheduling: Always welcome with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If third-party services (e.g. removalists, donation pickups, tradespeople) have already been arranged on your behalf, you may also be responsible for any cancellation fees they apply. We will always confirm these with you before proceeding.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through forms or emails is used solely for providing services or answering enquiries. For more, please see our [Privacy Policy].
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Swift Support Tasmania and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep this site secure and accessible. However, we’re not liable for any direct or indirect loss from using this website or external links. Liability for in-person services is addressed in individual service agreements and is limited under Australian Consumer Law.
